The team at cDecisions has a combined 25 years experience working in Insurance. The founders previously held senior management roles within Aviva and delivered innovative CRM solutions spanning Marketing, Sales, Administration and Claims.
We have delivered CRM applications that are fully integrated into Quotation systems, Administration systems and Claim systems. We have created end to end straight through processing by linking to document management solutions, business rules applications and business process management systems.
Our experience has enabled us to develop 'Accelerators' for Salesforce Insurance solutions. We have developed an Insurance object model that can be added to Salesforce to store data on Policies, Members, Products and Claims. cInsured delivers pre-built Insurance data objects and screens
Salesforce 'out of the box' does not contain the data objects associated with Insurance. cDecisions have created these data objects, the relationships between them and the screens to display them. These objects contain everything a user needs to manage an Insurance contact, including Policies, Members, Claims and Benefits.
