Nigel has 25 years experience of successful IT delivery in a number of industry sectors having previously worked for ICI, Astra Zeneca,
Rank Xerox and Oracle. Notably, Nigel has spent a number of years working in the Insurance sector for the UK's largest
insurer, Aviva.
Having worked at Executive Board level as a senior IT manager, Nigel has extensive experience of IT Strategy and Architecture. He is an experienced programme and project manager (PRINCE2 certified) who has delivered IT solutions to a range of private and public sector organisations. Nigel was responsible for the successful introduction of Business Rules Management Systems into Aviva's Healthcare and Life businesses. He has industry leading experience of Service Orientated Architecture and Business Process Management implementations and has been a speaker at a number industry events, including the 2008 Oracle CRM conference in Paris. |
Before co-founding cDecisions, Joel spent many years in IT consultancy and corporate IT delivery. Most recently, Joel enjoyed a successful career working for the UK's largest insurer, Aviva, spanning a number of roles from IT Architect to heading up the CRM practice.
Joel played a critical role leading the delivery of a £multi-million technology programme and was also responsible for defining and implementing a new change management delivery model across the whole of Aviva UK Health for large-scale, multi-technology releases. Joel has extensive project management experience and is both PRINCE2 and DSDM certified. Joel also spent several years working as an IT Consultant, specialising in CRM, where he worked across multiple industries internationally. |
